What began as an email-focused service has evolved into a multi-channel powerhouse, encompassing SMS, mobile, web, social media, and messaging platforms. Over time, our platform has expanded to include numerous integrations and robust local area marketing capabilities, ensuring comprehensive and versatile customer engagement.

Why the name 'Taguchi'? 

One question we often hear is, “Why Taguchi, are you Japanese?” The answer is we’re not, but our name carries a significant legacy. We draw inspiration from Genichi Taguchi, the renowned Japanese engineer whose pioneering work in robust statistical methods transformed how businesses tackle unpredictability. 

At Taguchi, we embody his philosophy of continuous testing, refinement, and optimisation. Much like his methods, our platform is designed with the adaptability to handle influences that can’t always be anticipated. This approach ensures that our solutions remain effective and precise, no matter how the industry evolves.
